This policy applies to Eleven Marketing & Communications limited, registered company number 07057929. We’ll update this policy from time to time, and we’ll let you know via email if we make any material changes.

Most of the personal data we collect about you will be supplied by you. This information includes contact details such as name, address, email address, phone number, organisation name and job title. You may also supply information to us to help us answer your query.

We may collect additional information about you from public sources such as LinkedIn, including career history, specialisms and interests.

We may collect metadata information, which identifies your computer and tracks your visits and use of our website.

We will use Google Analytics and HubSpot to collect this type of information, to help us assess and improve our website experience. Individuals are not identified during the process of this information.

We may also collect information from our email service providers (MailChimp and HubSpot), including whether you opened our email and what links you may have clicked on.

We use cookies to record your website visits, pages you have visited and links you have followed. This information will only be used to improve the experience that we delivery by improving content and navigation to and from content.

      With over 10 years of working with public sector brands and charities, we rely on building strong relationships with our clients and contacts to make our business viable. 

      To keep doing this, we rely on the following interests under the General Data Protection Regulation 2018:

      • To identify and contact existing and potential clients in the relevant job positions to receive information and marketing about our events, products and services
      • To communicate with existing and potential clients by email, phone and post (with consent to do so)
      • To manage the pre-contract and contractual relationship between us and our suppliers, contractors or employees in relation to the performance of a contract

      How long we keep your information for

      We retain personal information that you provide to us where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements).
      If you have opted in to receive marketing communications from us, we keep your information for only as long as we can continue to verify that it is up to date and still relevant for our purposes.

      This website is not intended for or targeted at children under 16, and we do not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information about children under 16.

      Job applications

      Information you give us as part of a job application will only be used for progressing your application or to fulfil any legal or regulatory requirements.

      Your personal information will be held securely on our servers and if you are unsuccessful it will be deleted 12 months after the process is complete. If you are successful in your job application, we will retain your information in line with our staff employment data protection policy.

      Your contact details will be used to progress your application. We will use other information you provide to assess your suitability for the role you have applied for. 

      You don’t have to provide the information we ask for, but it might affect your application if you choose not to.
